Loading... Please wait...Manually harvested grapes were cold-soaked for 2 days at 12°C in stainless steel tanks. This wine fermented over a one-day period in stainless steel at the low temperature of 12°C. Full malolactic fermentation was carried out. The wine was aged for 6 months in French, Hungarian, and American oak barriques of 2nd use. It was fined prior to bottling.
On the nose, this wine is fruity with fresh red berry aromas. Floral and spicy oak notes also come through. A well-balanced wine that is round and fresh on the palate with a lingering finish.
