FRENZY is the result of a partnership between industry leader Wilson Daniels and Mount Nelson - Lodovico Antinori’s premier New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Each year the winery found themselves with grapes in excess of what they needed for their Mount Nelson program. Working with these exceptional grapes and grapes from other highly regarded sites throughout the Marlborough region Wilson Daniels created a more affordable wine that is a straightforward, yet exciting expression of Sauvignon Blanc.  Frenzy is a name inspired by the myriad, uncontrollable forces of nature that must fall into place in order to make great wine. It also connotes the numerous, vivid aromatic and flavor characteristics you will find in this New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc.

This wine truly is a FRENZY. Brisk, almost untamed flavors and acidity leap out of the glass and excite the palate.  Frenzy doesn’t compromise in its display of peach, grapefruit, lime, melon and fresh-cut grass characteristics, all enveloped in a brisk, refreshing acidity that will complement a wide range of foods.

It pairs with a wide range of foods including shellfish, sushi, goat cheese, salads and foods with spicy characteristics like Latin and Asian inspired dishes. Serious enough for any table, but try it with a spicy burrito – yum!
