Juvé y Camps Brut Rosé Cava NV Tasting Notes

Brut Rose Juve y Camps is produced from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Feixa 1 vineyard at the Espiells estate. The free run juice is allowed a brief maceration on the skins. The wine is of a deep pink color. On the nose there are both floral and berry fruit notes in perfect harmony. Long bottle aging has brought balance, length and weight while retaining freshness and vivacity.
