Montes Alpha Cabernet 2009 Tasting Notes

Lots of berry fruits with chocolate, tobacco and vanilla, Montes Alpha Cabernet Sauvignon has richness, depth and structure.   It shows great complexity on the mouth, showing a full bodied and balanced mid palate, with classical Cabernet notes and soft but firm tannins with a lasting persistence and a remarkable finish.  Although a superb wine as it is, it may also be considered as a great wine for cellaring.

Blend: 88% Cabernet Sauvignon and 12% Merlot.
