Located in the Bologna hills (Colli Bolognesi DOC Area) at an altitude of almost 600 feet and surrounded by a pristine environment, the Vigneto San Vito has been producing quality wine for over 30 years.

In 2005, the firm was taken over by a thirty-year-old couple with a passion for wine, Federico Orsi and Carola Pallavicino.  They enthusiastically launched an ambitious project aimed at upgrading the district’s wines. The objective to reach new niche markets focused on high quality wines has been obtained through wine enthusiastic young staff, well known consultants, a new wine cellar project, new ways of wine communication and a marketing campaign to explain the continous wine quality increases.

This unique varietal is grown only in Central Italy. Fruity aromas with hints of florals. Crisp, light, fresh on the palate. Pleasant, lingering aftertaste. Quenching. Pale yellow with greenish shades. Outstanding balance between freshness and structure.

Blend: 90% Pignoletto, 5% Chardonnay, 5% Riesling.
